ROC takes care of all the day to day aspects of your property, including finding and vetting tenants, rent collection, and any urgent repairs that may be required, allowing you to sleep easy, enjoy holidays, and profit from your investment as you originally intended.

ROC will arrange:

  • Change of tenants
    Keep you up-to-date with tenants' plans to vacate and prepare the property for immediate re-letting

  • Rent collection
    Monitor rent collection, immediately contact tenants if in arrears, arrange repayment of arrears, and where necessary, apply to the Tenancy tribunal for meditation or termination. Rent is paid to landlords either once or twice monthly

  • Property inspections
    Full inspection prior to first and subsequent tenancies, 3 or 6-monthly inspections during tenancy (more often if you prefer), and bond inspection after tenancy completed. Rent reviews are conducted on a regular basis

  • Repairs and maintenance
    Undertake urgent repairs immediately, obtain quotes for general repair and maintenance, arrange for work to be carried out

  • Robust management systems
    Fully computerised systems ensure nothing is overlooked and take the pain out of your accounting. Monthly statements are provided by email or in hard copy, whichever you prefer
